Always fancied yourself to be the missing Champion Rally Driver? Now is your chance to find out what it would be like to just turn up and go. Lombard Rally Bath is the UK’s first and premier historic rally car demonstration event – an untimed tour with special stages, set up to look like and feel like those on the Lombard RAC Rally in period.

Running for the fifth time in 2022 on November 4th and 5th, based in Bristol. The concept of Lombard Rally Bath is to bring classic rally cars that are often unable to be used competitively now, to venues set up to resemble a special stage from period, often almost unable to host a competitive rally today.

Demonstrating these cars in this way, untimed, is often the only way that they can be used. Starting with a short “Friday in the Dark” with three stages, before the social get together and then a further selection on Saturday in Gloucestershire.

In addition, we host champion rally drivers from these years, who often have fantastic stories to tell of rally wins, tales of crashes and near misses, nursing rally cars to the finish of events when they should never have got there. The tall tales told by rally drivers are unrivalled, all determined to live up to the saying ‘the older we get, the faster we were’! All part of the social side of our events, which is a huge part of the weekend.

We offer a small selection of Ford Escort Mk2 rally cars, in period specification, delivered to the start with a service crew ready to look after you on the event. Your co-driver will receive instruction on how to find your way around the route and, if you want it, some driver tuition will also be offered.

All you need to bring is a suitable helmet for each occupant of the car, which we can supply if needed, plus your excitement! These very cars were used by the Top Gear presenters on a Rally Car special in 2021, follow in their footsteps! Only four left!

The package offers you entry to Lombard Rally Bath, including two places at the rally get together on the evening of November 4th and the post rally dinner on November 5th. Rooms at the nearby Villag e Hotel are also available, where the post rally dinner takes place.

Entry and Rally Car Hire – £2,250.00
